GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Our retreat welcomes girls aged 10 to 15, at a stage where curiosity, confidence, and connection blossom.

  • The retreat is hosted in a charming palazzino, nestled in Santa Maria di Leuca, located at the southernmost tip of the glorious Salento peninsula, where the breathtaking Ionian and Adriatic seas converge!

  • The full experience spans 12 days and 11 nights. There are three retreat sessions for Summer 2026 on the following dates:

    Session #1 - June 8 to June 19, 2026

    Session #2 - June 22 to July 3, 2026

    Session #3 - July 6 to July 17, 2026

  • Our program blends wellness, creativity, global connection, and personal growth—empowering each girl to discover her voice, build lifelong friendships, and explore new cultures in a comfortable and nurturing environment.

Travel & Arrivals

  • One of our trusted VoyaBella team members will meet your daughter during a specified time-slot on their session's opening day at the Brindisi International Airport (BDS) and will provide private transportation to and from the retreat. This service is included in the overall retreat package. Families may also choose to accompany their daughter to and from the retreat location with arrangements set in advance. Any additional private transportation requests from more distant locations, such as the Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport (BRI), may be arranged in advance at an additional cost.   • Yes. We provide guidance on flights, visas, and required travel documentation, and we're happy to help answer questions as you make travel arrangements. Email us at info@voyabella.com.

Accommodations & Cuisine

  • Girls will stay in quaint little apartments, based on age groups, which will be supervised by trained counselors and staff. Each apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a common area with a kitchenette and air conditioning, providing a welcoming space to relax and recharge. The palazzino also features outdoor spaces and inviting communal areas where the girls can share meals, connect, and unwind together.

  • Yes. All meals and snacks are included, with a focus on fresh, locally inspired, and nutritious options mostly prepared by our private chef.

  • While we are sensitive to these important needs, we will only be able to accommodate the meals prepared on-site. Unfortunately, we will not have control over any meals enjoyed off-site. Feel free to email us directly with any additional questions or concerns at info@voyabella.com.

Packing & Preparation

  • A packing list will be provided, via email, by May 1, 2026.

  • Yes, we do recommend having spending money for special outings. We will leave the amount up to every family's discretion.

Safety, Wellness & Supervision

  • The retreat is staffed by experienced and trusted professionals who are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment. Each staff member is carefully selected for their warmth, responsibility, and commitment to our mission. The ratio is approximately 4-5 girls per counselor, based on age groups: 10/11, 12/13 and 14/15.

  • Our palazzino is secure and staffed 24/7 with a dedicated security officer at night.

  • We maintain strict health protocols and are equipped for most medical contingencies, including access to local medical staff and hospitals.

  • We cultivate a positive, inclusive space built on kindness, respect, and full participation. Each girl is asked to uphold these values and to conduct themselves with the highest level of decorum throughout the retreat. We also maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the possession or use of drugs, cigarettes, or alcohol. Girls who do not adhere to our code of conduct will be subject to disciplinary action and removal, including being sent home at their family’s full, additional expense.

Technology & Communication

  • Only in the event of an emergency. The Voyabella Retreat is a digital detox experience and personal devices will not be permitted beyond check-in. One of our Directors will be available at all times in case of family emergencies.

  • No. All digital devices will be kept in a secure lockbox by staff and returned to each girl upon check-out. We encourage unplugged, screen-free time to help the girls fully engage with the experience.

  • Yes. Families will receive periodic communication, via email, from our VoyaBella team with highlights and photos from the girls' adventures. You can also follow us along on our Instagram account: @voyabella for updates!

Registration & Investment

  • Enrollment is available through our website only. Spaces are limited to ensure an unforgettable, bespoke experience. Registration deadline is March 31, 2026.

  • Our thoughtfully curated retreat is $6,500 per participant. This fee includes all accommodations, meals and snacks, daily activities and excursions, and private transportation, including pick-up and dropoff at Brindisi International Airport (BDS) by our trusted VoyaBella staff.

  • The VoyaBella retreat is thoughtfully curated for an intimate group setting with tailored experiences and unique adventures, therefore refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after April 1, 2026.

  • Voyabella, Inc. carries liability insurance protection via our Italian partner, TRANDE SRL. We highly recommend each family purchase their own travel insurance for their respective daughter for full, international coverage.
